the staff was very polite i found this helpful. the air conditioning worked well it was needed. my room was clean. i also appreciated the convenient location it was in walking distance from the train station.
the room was not cleaned for all the time i was there linen and towels were not changed. i had to keep running to the reception to ask for tea cups and tea bags. tea bags sugar and cups should be refilled everyday. i paid a lot of money without breakfast included.

the room i received wasn't quite up to par with the photos online (it felt a little misleading). it seemed like it needed some updating and didn't quite meet my expectations for the price i paid. the location of the hotel wasn't great either.

Solid Stay Near the River

I found a garage space for bikes useful. The location was quite good, I could walk to the river easily. Breakfast had plenty of options. I enjoyed it. Staff were nice and helped me drop my bags early.
The air conditioning made noises every fifteen minutes. I found this disruptive even when it was off. I needed to shower in another room after having issue with the drain.
